Refund Policy

The following terms set out the 30-day return and exchange protections, merchant-paid return shipping, refund process, and defect remedies offered on purchases from NeeDoh.

Returns and Exchanges Within 30 Days

You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery.

Exceptions to Change-of-Mind Returns

The no-reason option does not cover customized goods, clearance or Final Sale merchandise, gift cards, or intimate and hygiene-sensitive products once opened.

These exclusions never reduce rights or remedies for merchandise that is damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or missing, and they do not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Who Pays for the Return

Authorized returns do not require the customer to pay return postage. NeeDoh covers it for change-of-mind returns and exchanges as well as quality, damage, defect, wrong-item, and missing-item cases, using a prepaid label or equivalent arrangement.

Refund Method, Timing, and Order Cancellation

After receipt and inspection, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; the financial institution may need additional posting time.

A cancellation may be requested before the order ships. Once shipment has occurred, the request is handled under this Refund Policy.

Authorization, Packing, and Address

Unless we approve another destination in writing, send the authorized return to 217 24th St N, Birmingham, Alabama, 35203, United States. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Pack the item securely and include its components and original packaging when reasonably possible. Handling beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect the product may affect the available remedy where law permits.
